Primarily you will be working with new leads and clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales. You keep healthy relationships with clients. From simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences, as a business development specialist, you must be sure to keep your customers happy. Of course, as with all business development roles, quality reporting and professional written proposals contribute significantly to your success. You support the Business Development Team by actively participating in the success of Bankingblocks; through your sales and business development activities, assistance with management reporting and regular feedback to upper management. In addition to good business acumen and relationship management you should possess quality computer skills including the ability to work in CRM and similar customer information management systems.
